As part of our audit or independent examination, we will perform a full review of your systems and controls, and offer advice on how to improve them.

Weekly offerings

One of the key issues we find with churches is the system that is used when collecting offerings. This is because it is usually heavily cash based and levels of giving cannot always be reliably predicted.

We will therefore look at the systems that are used and ensure that these are being run properly.

Unfortunately, some churches do not have any systems or indeed any records (beyond bankings) of what their offerings are.
