Our team is now involved monthly when they produce key financial reports to very strict deadlines. The reports, which get right to the key profit drivers, are used by the management team to direct the business. They form the basis of a two hour monthly meeting with us when we help them plan activities and hold them accountable for things that were agreed at previous meetings.
