| Grahame Connor Grahame qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 after having trained with one of the leading National firms. Apart from having a very extensive knowledge of owner managed businesses Grahame has built up considerable experience in the not-for-profit sector, especially grant funded charities and Almshouses. Never happier than when he is either jumping off something or driving fast, Grahame brings energy and commitment to our team. |  | Jeff Warin Jeff qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 after training with one of the top ten UK firms. After spending several years in industry Jeff joined Grahame to form the partnership in 1991. His particular areas of specialism are owner manager businesses and in dealing with management accounting, buy outs, valuations and strategy. Jeff also has considerable experience in the charitable sector and specifically deals with many churches and Christian charities. If Jeff is not in the office he will undoubtedly be in France. He has a liking for good wine and cheese. |

| Darren Ashley Darren has been with Connor Warin since 1995 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Darren has particular skills in dealing with owner manager businesses and has built up considerable experience in using accounting software packages and in linking these to Microsoft Office packages. Darren excels in troubleshooting for clients and brings energy and commitment to our Accounts Team. A Liverpool fan ……….. best not say any more! |  |
| Luisa Hewitt Luisa joined Connor Warin in 1997 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Luisa has significant experience in dealing with owner manager businesses and charities.She also heads up the specialist PRN audit service. Her knowledge of charities and the specific issues that are relevant in this sector means that she is regularly called upon by clients for her specialist help. Enthusiasm and patience make Luisa an integral part of our team. Pools seem to be an infatuation with Luisa, either scuba diving in them or potting balls in pockets. |  | Nikki Higgins Nikki joined Connor Warin in 2002 and presently works in our Stansted office. A qualified Certified Accountant. Nikki has a significant amount of experience in dealing with owner manager businesses and is also responsible for management accounting and reporting to directors of several of our larger clients. | Glenis Banks Glenis Banks joined Connor Warin in 2004 after working for Wilson & Wilson in Great Dunmow. She is the mainstay of this office and brings professionalism and a quick wit to our Stansted office.Glenis is currently studying for accountancy exams.She has considerable Sage Accounting and bookkeeping experience. |  | Julie Lovelock Julie joined Connor Warin in 2000 and brings specific experience in Sage payroll and accounting. She manages our Payroll Bureau and deals with bookkeeping and regular accounting for a portfolio of clients as well as handling accounts for owner managed businesses.  | Mandy Lowton Mandy works in our Stansted office and it is well known to clients here for her flair and enthusiasm in dealing with their accounts and tax. Being familiar with Sage and having a good working knowledge of small businesses , Mandy is invaluable to many clients. Sadly she is a QPR supporter...but we can't all be perfect. Mandy is currently on Maternity leave...we wish her well and look forward to seeing her back. |
| Joyce Lawrence Joyce has been with Connor Warin since day one and is probably "the voice" of Connor Warin. Joyce is our main Receptionist and works as part of the Admin Team. Known by many clients for her calm and efficient manner Joyce is the real alternative to a call centre. Sarah Allingham Sarah has been with us for two years and works alongside our accounts and tax department in Waltham Abbey. She is training to be an accountant and has made a great start.
